Adam: Top Bloke and great friend in the house. Came from the same background as me and is 100% determined to be a success in whatever he does. Speak to him most days and he is as amazed as me at all the publicity around series 3.

Gerri: Nasty to me during the task but I have forgiven you babes. What you haven't seen is that she is so funny and infectious. Had lunch with her in Aberdeen the other week so we are good friends, honestly.
Ghazal: Only Scot left in the competition. Runs all day at 110mph and full of ideas and opinions. Has a great sense on humour and just wants to win. Great girl. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is not afraid to voice her opinions. You go girl.
Ifti: Very young version of me and what a cracking guy. Family man wanting to work for Sir Alan to better his life. Not a bad word to say about anyone in the house and is 100% focused on trying to find a way to win. (but not at all costs). Huge amount of integrity and honesty...don't know how far that will get him.
Jadine: I was always brought up that if I didn't have anything nice to say about someone then not say anything........................ Cant do it sorry! I tried to be nice and be civilised but just got a blank expression back. Unapproachable and only focused on herself. (I hope this was all an act).
Katie: I went through the audition process with Katie so I knew her before. She was amazing during auditions and was head and shoulders above everyone else. Huge experience and ability to get the best out of others. A good pal in the house.
Naomi: Background character during the 1st show, there is a lot more to come from her. What you didn't see was that she was always wanting to help and offer advice and ideas to the group. Intelligent, Great natured and drop dead gorgeous, what a combination.

Lohit: Quiet guy who kept himself to himself. Again another background character to come through and be seen. Lohit again nice, polite and has time to sit and talk. Seemed quite young....but then everyone did to me.

Nathalie:Was my right hand woman with Katie during the task. Another genuine person who you can't help to like. She is very forceful in her opinions and this might get her into hot water as the games progress.
Paul: Posher than a bag full of posh things. Didn't bond too well in the house other than pleasantries as we seemed to come from different walks of life. Still a nice enough chap and we still talk regularly via email. Good luck to him.
Rory: Apparently related to Princess Di (If you believe the press). Came across initially towards the girls as chauvinistic and standoffish. I shared with Rory and can tell you as well as making superb scrambled eggs, he is one of the nicest men around. He would do anything for you and genuinely cares.
Simon: Very like Paul in the Posh stakes but a lot more talkative and approachable. Simon knows what he wants to achieve and I have a nasty feeling he will diplomatically and with a smile and a handshake walk all over you if you get in his way. Nice bloke though.
Sophie: Wanted to quit from day 1 as she referred to it as a gameshow. Only in here for her CV and told Alan Sugar that in the boardroom. She came to me the night before the task and said she would quit on TV. Stupidly I believed her and I'm still picking the knives out of my back.
Tre: Driven, determined and will walk over the lot of you to get what he wants (this is not a criticism). Any organisation would love to have a Tre on the team as he is ruthless with a winning mentality. Just hope he can avoid that boardroom.

Kristina: Again like Nat in the way that she is driven by results and manages to keep herself to herself. Great character and amazing at selling coffee. Again has a lot of opinions and ideas and puts them across in the right way.
