Born in Leeds, 35 - ish years ago my mother would say I've always been a budding entrepreneur. Let's not talk about what I used to sell in the playground!! I moved north (yes - you can go further north than Leeds!) as a child and now, having three Scottish sons, I feel I've fully adopted the country, hence the need to wear a kilt whenever possible (and to look good next to my gorgeous wife of course!).

I went to school in Alyth, Perthshire. My witty remarks often got me into trouble, my response to why was Hadrians Wall built got me the cane (I'll tell you what the answer was when I meet you!). Ah...look at the pictures - so cute I hear all the girls say! I can of course, like every other celeb turn my talents to being a footballer or pop star.

I'm not sure if the whole world wide web is big enough for my employment history, but it's safe to say that I've always been in business and always pushed myself working long hours and reaching every target.
